If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
2. Description of Service
ANKA provides an open-source enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that enables organizations to index, search, and query their documents using AI. Our services include document indexing, knowledge base management, workspace administration, API access, and related tools and documentation.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with or disrupt our services, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to transmit any malicious code. You are solely responsible for all content and data you process through our platform.
5. Payment and Billing
Certain features of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by ANKA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you upload to our platform.
7. Data Processing
By using our services, you acknowledge that documents and related data will be processed by our AI systems for indexing and querying. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents through our platform, in compliance with applicable intellectual property and data protection laws.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANKA is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
